Register for the New Season!
Now is a great time to register for the 2009-10 season!
You can download the 2009-10 Season's CIHC Membership Form here and the club's Information Sheet here. The Standing Order Mandate form is available on request from Simon Kerss or Chris Moller.
Age Group Information
You (or your parents) need to:
- Download the CIHC letter and Membership Form to your computer, print it out, and fill it in.
- Send the membership form and the standing order form to the CIHC Membership Secretary, Angela Scott at 115A Highfields Rd. Highfields Caldecote Cambs. CB23 7NX.
- If you are going to play in the leagues, you will also need to fill in a BIPHA South membership form.
- Make sure you complete both Club and League registration forms in good time ...to arrive at least 10 days before your first match!
